At TRaC Education, we provide developmental school review, evaluation and improvement support designed to strengthen leadership, practice and whole-school culture. Our approach is collaborative, reflective and evidence-informed, supporting schools to identify strengths, priorities and sustainable next steps.
Led by experienced educational leader, IQM Assessor and BSO Evaluator Dwight Weir, our work draws upon expertise in school leadership, inclusion, quality assurance, leadership development and international education.
We work alongside schools and organisations as trusted partners and critical friends, supporting meaningful improvement through professional challenge, reflection and strategic guidance.
Inclusion Review and Support
At TRaC Education, we work with schools and organisations to develop inclusive cultures where all learners feel valued, supported and able to thrive. Our work supports schools in strengthening inclusive practice, improving belonging and ensuring that inclusion is embedded across leadership, curriculum and school culture.
We work with schools across a range of contexts. Some schools are seeking to strengthen inclusive leadership and classroom practice, while others are looking to develop provision for vulnerable learners, improve culture and belonging or prepare for external review and evaluation. We design bespoke support programmes tailored to the specific needs and context of each school.
Through developmental review, professional dialogue and strategic support, we work collaboratively with leaders and staff to identify strengths, priorities and practical next steps for sustainable improvement.
