Leadership Development Training for your Leaders
As part of the leadership development training, your leaders will have access to Resilient Leaders Development Programme where they can track their leadership progress. As part of the RLDP leaders will have opportunities for Self-Assessment, access the Strengths Engine, Challenge Engine and the Feedback Engine. Here leaders will get a better understanding of who they are as a leader and be able to identify their areas for development so that they can become that authentic leader during difficult times.
