As part of the leadership development training, participants will have access to Resilient Leaders Elements and Resilient Leaders Development Programme (RLDP) where they can track their leadership development progress. Within the RLDP leaders will have opportunities for Self-Assessment, access the Strengths Engine, Challenge Engine and the Feedback Engine. Here leaders will get a better understanding of who they are as a leader and be able to identify their areas for development so that they can become that authentic leader during difficult times.
