At TRaC Education, we help schools transform performance through the power of belonging.
We work with educational leaders to create cultures where every child, member of staff and family feels known, valued and connected. By embedding belonging as a strategic driver, schools can strengthen attendance, improve behaviour, raise achievement, enhance wellbeing and build thriving learning communities.
Our approach combines cutting-edge research, practical expertise and proven improvement strategies to support sustainable change across leadership, teaching, culture and inclusion.
Through consultancy, coaching, professional learning and the INclusive Academy Framework, we help schools move beyond isolated initiatives towards a coherent model of improvement that delivers lasting outcomes for all.
Belonging is at the heart of sustainable improvement.

Within the RLDP leaders will have opportunities for Self-Assessment, access the Strengths Engine, Challenge Engine and the Feedback Engine. Here leaders will get a better understanding of who they are as a leader and be able to identify their areas for development so that they can become that authentic leader during difficult times. Would you like to support your leaders? Do you want this challenge?
TRaC's Leadership Development training comes with dedicated hours of leadership coaching.

Student leaders hold the keys to change the culture of a school. Research shows that students respond better to their peers than they do to adults. With this in mind, we believe we should equip students with the leadership skills to effectively collaborate with their peers and staff to improve schools and as a result outcomes.
The training will involve, easy to access student leadership theory, discussions, role play and work experience.
