Our Approach to Coaching

As a Leadership and Personal Development Coach, I use the GROW model in my coaching sessions to ensure that my clients leave each session with tangible and specific actions. My coaching sessions are client-led and results oriented. I have provided coaching services to clients with a focus on personal development, career growth, and work-life balance. Within my coaching I also employ DISC and NLP strategies. I am a Resilient Leaders Consultant, my clients who are looking to develop their resilience will have access to the RLDP where they can assess, develop and track their leadership and resilience.

Coaching for School Leaders

    Using the Resilient Leaders Elements

    One of the tools we use as part of our coaching tool box is the Resilient Leaders Elements and the Resilient Leaders Development Programme (RLDP). Clients who choose to use the RLDP will be able to track their leadership development progress. They will have opportunities for self assessment, access to the Strength and Challenge Engines. Using the RLDP will give you  a better understanding of who you are as a leader and be better able to identify your areas for development so that you can become a more authentic you.
